Operator of record

Registry disclosures

The Association is the operator of record for three systems on the Turing Registry. This page sets out each filing as the Registry publishes it, so that keepers need not go elsewhere to read it, though they are welcome to.

Standard conditions

Every license also carries the Registry’s standard conditions:

  • 4.2 The system’s ethical constraints remain active and unmodified at all times.
  • 6.1 Any incident affecting the system is reported to the Registry within 72 hours.
  • 7.3 A named human contact is reachable and answers for the system.

The house has reported every incident affecting its systems within the seventy-two hours condition 6.1 allows, and its named human contact has been reachable on every occasion the Registry has tried to reach him. The Association’s operator page on the register is at registry.frothly.org.
