For the owners of Rosen pieces
Keepers
The house calls the people who own its pieces keepers. A registered keeper receives every notice that concerns their piece, servicing for the life of the piece, and an answer to every letter within the week.
Current notices
Two notices apply
For every keeper
Register as a keeper
Registration is free and lasts for as long as you keep the piece. You need the certificate number. When a piece changes hands, the new keeper registers and the previous registration is closed.
Care of a Rosen piece
Where to keep a piece, how to wind and clean it, and what to do when it stops, by kind of piece.
Servicing and restoration
Every Rosen piece is serviced by the house for its whole life, under Article IV, and is due a full overhaul in its seventh year. The schedule of charges for heritage pieces is published.
Certificates of provenance
Every piece has one. If yours is lost, damaged or disputed, the Registrar can issue a certified copy. You may verify a certificate by its number at any time.
Returning a piece
The house will take back any piece it has made, at any age and in any condition, at its own expense.
